Your First Visit

Our team will work with your personal needs to define the best treatment plan for you. On your first visit, expect to be greeted warmly by our office staff and then seated comfortably in our well-appointed reception area. During your visit, you’ll receive an oral examination (possibly with x-rays and models) and a consultation. We want you to understand what the best treatment is for your individual needs.

Before Your Visit

To expedite your first appointment, please access our online new patient portal to fill out your paperwork prior to your visit. Alternatively, please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time to complete the required health history form.

What to Bring with You

If you have dental insurance, please bring those details with you as well. If you have had dental x-rays within the last year, you may wish to have them forwarded to our office.
