Once we receive your referral, our team will contact your patient directly to schedule their appointment at our office. We’ll work closely with you to ensure a seamless transition to our care and will provide updates along the way.
We understand how important it is to maintain the patient relationship. After completing the agreed-upon treatment, we’ll release your patient back to your care with a full case summary. You’ll be kept informed throughout, with as much collaboration as you’d like.
